And the Silver Medal Goes to …

On April 26 in Mürzzuschlag Flavia Cavaliere (8c) and Cornelia Rom (8a) participated in the 44th Chemistry Olympics and brought back a silver medal!

The silver medal went to Flavia, who placed 8th out of 80 participants in the classification. Cornelia was placed high up on the chart as well. We had a ton of fun and took great pride in representing GIBS as a competitive school in chemistry. After taking part in the Chemistry Olympics course at school for 4 years, the results of our 4th Olympics rounded off our school career in the best way.

Of course, we would never have gotten the same results without our continuous interest in the subject and without Mr. Klar, who had the enthusiasm to stay longer in school on Fridays and who was always there for us!
