Substitutions & Timetables

On the WebUntis page of G.I.B.S. you can check the timetable and the substitution plan both for classes and individual students online.

Please, note that the substitution plan may change any time during the day.

  • In order to check both timetables and substitutions for an individual student you need to log on with your personal user name and password. If you have problems loggin on, see Mr. Knasar.
  • In order to check timetable and substitutions for a class you do not need to log on.
  • In order to check teachers` office hours that have been cancelled you have to choose OH as Klasse and Office Hour as Stundenplanformat (see picture).
