G.I.B.S. on the Move, Wednesday , June 16 Here you can see the results of the ÖKS project “My Life - Your life - Our creative work”.

The first part of this project was the visit to tag.werk in Mariahilferstraße. Apart from creating nice and useful things out of used materials, students also learned about the life and work of young people in difficult situations.

During the next few weeks students were asked to bring old shirts, t-shirts, sweaters, jeans, trousers, jackets, whatever they think would be useful for creating the objects they wanted. Michael Eisner came to our crafts lessons to help students with their design and also with the implementation. All of them were busy drawing, cutting, sewing, looking for bits and pieces which could make their bags, shirts, trousers, skirts, dresses, look even more beautiful.
