On Wednesday, May 26, 2B had a workshop with Mesfin Ayele from Ethiopia, organized by Welthaus Graz, for 2B’s Global Action School project “Make your footprints good prints”.

Mesfin told the students mainly about the water supply in his home country, which is often referred to as Africa's water towers and is yet so plagued by droughts. This was also an interesting aspect for Year 2's cross-curricular "Water" project. Among many other facts 2B learned how to welcome somebody in Amharic and to ask their name. (See above.
